We appreciate your feedback and have done our best to address many of your concerns around crashes, chat issues and notifications. While some of these fixes are already resolved within League+, there are some improvements that will only be included in the Riot Mobile app -- so be sure to update to Riot Mobile on October 4th when it becomes available in the App Store and Google Play Store.

Again, we are starting to see the likes of Warzone and other key free-to-play games break into the mobile market, so this could well be a good move for Riot with Valorant. We’ll be sure to keep you updated if we hear anything concrete.

Just like in other competitive shooters worthy of the name, VALORANT allows you to adjust your crosshair in a ton of ways. When the game first came out, players had to import crosshairs that they wanted to try the old fashioned way: by copying all of the settings themselves.

But the references go back way further than that. Ever since Valorant’s initial launch, there have been sporadic comments from Riot about getting the game onto consoles. In a 2020 interview with GameSpot, Donlon said that Riot was “prototyping” a port.

They noted similar “bugs” in League of Legends that were never changed, even when players pointed them out multiple times. Instead, Riot chose to balance the game around those “bugs,” making them part of the game and part of the involved champion’s kit. So far, Riot hasn’t made any statements about the Jett spawn peek trick.

The good news is that this could well change in the future. Speaking to Gamespot in 2020, Riot’s Anna Donlon admitted they are ‘prototyping’ a console version of the game, but stated that this would only happen if was of a sufficient standard and did not have to ‘compromise’. Others will revert to just a single primary crosshair. If you want three different crosshairs in this case, go to “General” settings and turn advanced options on to get ADS and sniper back.

Being a top-tier game, it’s on every gamer’s here wishlist but for PlayStation users, the main question remains; is Valorant free on PS4 or PS5?

She added: “If we feel like we can deliver this experience on those platforms, we absolutely will. “But we really want Valorant to stand for a certain type of gameplay and a certain type of experience.

Valorant has received criticism for its "toxic", male-dominated voice communication system. Emily Rand of ESPN talked about her negative experience playing on teams using the voice communication function as a female. Rand "flat-out [refuses] to use it at all" when she is not playing with her friends.
